In this article, we will review how to delete a prospect. Kindly be aware that if the delete button is not visible on a lead's profile, it is attributed to your system role. In such cases, please contact your system administrator for assistance.

Steps to Delete a Lead

Step 1: On the leads profile click on the red Delete All button on the top right corner  

Step 2: A new window will populate to confirm that you want to delete the profile. Enter the name of the prospect you are wanting to remove. One the leads name is entered in the box, the delete button will appear.

Note: Once you click the delete button after you enter the name, the profile will be permanently deleted and there is no way for it to be recovered.
