Individuals are the foundation of Enquire and each individual type helps you keep everyone organized.
Pre-Lead
A marketing qualified lead that is not yet sales qualified.
Note: Pre-Leads are not enabled by default and need to be requested as a Company Option. You can read more about Pre-Leads here. If you would like to enable Pre-Leads, please reach out to your Client Success Manager or our Support Team (Enquire.support@alineops.com).
Prospect
A sales qualified lead you are working with.
Resident
An individual that is now residing at your location.
Contact
An individual related to a Prospect or Resident. These individuals have a relationship based on your company's relationship types (i.e. Spouse, Friend, Relative, etc.).
Referral Source
An individual like a doctor or referral agency employee referring Prospects to your company and location.
