Quick Overview

The following updates were released on January 24th, 2025:

  • Co-Resident Icon
    • A NEW Co-Resident Icon will display on all Contacts associated with a Prospect.  This feature will allow users to visually indicate which Contact on the profile is the potential second resident alongside the Primary Prospect.
  • Profile Management
    • When needing to swap the Prospect with the Contact on the same profile, a NEW Profile Management feature has been added to allow users to seamlessly transfer data between individuals on the record.
    • Case Scenarios
      • Contact inquires on behalf of Prospect, but appears as the Prospect
      • Prospect becomes aLost Lead, but the Contact remains a Prospect
      • Primary Resident Moves Out and Secondary remains in unit

Co-Resident Icon

Visually indicate which Contact on the profile is the potential Co-Resident alongside the Primary Prospect. 

a. Click the icon on the appropriate Contact card

b. The icon will be highlighted indicating this is the potential Co-Resident

NOTE: There is no limit to how many Co-Residents are listed on a Prospect's profile.  Also, once the Move-In is completed and both individuals are converted to Residents, this icon will disappear. 


Profile Management

Seamlessly transfer data between individuals on the record when changing individual types is required.  

a. Click the drop down icon on the Contact you wish to Convert to a Prospect

b. Select the Reassign Primary Lead option

c. Select the forms you would like to transfer to the NEW Prospect

d. Designate the relationships of existing Contacts to the NEW Prospect

e. Click Save to make the changes
