Global Filter
For Prospect lists that exceed 150,000 results, a Global Filter panel will automatically display in order to fine-tune the search results based on Status (active or inactive) and Time Period (last updated or date created).
Activity Priority
Scheduled activities now include an optional Activity Priority field wherein users can define priorities such as low, medium, and high. Activity Priority types are customizable.
When reviewing Scheduled Activities, users can filter based on Activity Priority.
Vitals Integration: Reservation Management
The Vitals integration will be enhanced with a new Reservations Module designed to streamline the management of reservations. Users can now:
- Create new reservations
- Update reservation dates
- Cancel open reservations
In addition, the Reservation Module will display a comprehensive reservation history along with census history for each resident, providing a complete view of their reservation history and occupancy records.
Additionally, Aline CRM is capable of receiving ADT (admission, discharge, transfer) events, ensuring that resident status updates are captured in real time.
