I updated or moved an event in my EnquireLEADS Google calendar, but the Aline CRM activity didn't change. Is something broken?

No. Once an activity or event has synced, updates on either side don't carry over to the other. Update the Aline CRM activity directly.

I cancelled an activity in Aline CRM, but the Google event is still there. Is something broken?

No. Cancellations and deletions don't sync in either direction. Remove the Google event manually if needed.

Why don't I see synced events on my main Google calendar?

They sync to a separate calendar named EnquireLEADS, created automatically the first time the integration syncs for you. Make sure that calendar is turned on in your Google Calendar view.

Why did an event from Google come into Aline CRM as the wrong activity type?

Events synced from Google always come in as "Appointment." There's a setting in Admin > Exchange that looks like it should control this, but it has no effect for this integration. You can change the activity type manually after it syncs.

Can I sync all-day activities to Google?

Not today. All-day activities in Aline CRM don't sync to Google in any form. There's a setting that appears related to this, but it doesn't apply to this integration.

Does this integration keep Aline CRM and Google Calendar continuously in sync?

No. It copies each activity or event over once, when it's first created. Later changes on either side stay on that side only.

Can users send emails with attachments or multiple recipients through this integration?

Not today. Emails sent through this integration go to one recipient at a time and don't support attachments.

Can Aline see replies to emails sent through this integration?

No. Replies go only to the sending user's own Gmail account.
