Google Workspace Integration

Overview

The Google Workspace integration connects Aline CRM to your organization's Google Workspace account. It does two things:

1. It copies new calendar activities between Aline CRM and a dedicated Google calendar.
2. It lets Aline CRM users send emails to leads through Gmail.

The integration checks for updates automatically in the background. You don't need to trigger a sync manually after setup.

This is a one-time copy in each direction, not a continuously live sync. Once a calendar activity or Google event has been copied over, later edits, reschedules, and cancellations don't carry over, in either direction. Requirements

Your organization must use Google Workspace (formerly known as G Suite). This integration does not work with a personal Gmail account.
