Overview
The CarePort integration with Aline allows you to receive individuals from CarePort and view them in the Aline CRM.
Setup
Step 1: Reach out to your account representative/manager at CarePort and request the Sending Org Id for each community you would like to setup with CarePort. It should look like this: 125715.
Step 2: Once you have received these Sending Org Ids from CarePort, send them to our Aline Integrations team at integrations.support@alineops.com.
Usage
Once the integration has been setup, individuals will be sent to communities with the following information filled out.
Fields
By default, CarePort will send individuals with the following fields filled out if values were supplied:

| Home Phone | Gender | Marital Status | SSN |
| Sending Organization | Contact First Name | Contact Last Name | Contact Home Phone |
Receiving New Individuals
When new individuals are entered into Aline CRM from CarePort, they will be treated as a digital lead. This means that they will show in the New Leads box on the dashboard and assigned to the ReferralEngine API user.
