OneDay Integration

Overview

With OneDay integration, you can view CRM leads and residents within the OneDay app and send video messages.   These messages are then automatically captured as activities within the CRM.


NOTE: OneDay is primarily a mobile app to build video content and send. 



Setup

Note: If you have any questions about enabling this integration, please start by reaching to your OneDay Account Manager. (A Third-party agreement will be require with Aline to connect this integration.)

Step 1: Start off with contacting your OneDay account rep to request the integration and create an account.


Step 2: Provide Aline with the necessary signature info to complete the Third-Party Agreement and then complete all needed signatures.

        a. Company Name

        b. Company Address

        c. Signatory Name

        d. Signatory Email

        e. Integration request with OneDay


Step 3: Once the Third-Party Agreement is completed, Aline will complete the CRM setup for the integration.

        a. connect the OneDay API user

        b. Add activity of "OneDay Video Sent"

        c. Provide OneDay with your company Portal ID

Step 4: OneDay will complete the integration connection



Usage

OneDay will do a nightly pull from the CRM to update their contact database.  Users will utilize the OneDay app to send video messages.  OneDay will create activities on the contact profile for messages sent.
