Yardi Voyager 7S Integration

Overview

Enquire's integration with Yardi allows you quickly and easily send individuals from Enquire to Yardi. All integrations require an Enquire team member to complete setup. If you'd like to add this integration, please work with your Yardi rep to get the interface credentials please reach out to our integrations team  at integrations.support@alineops.com.


Setup

Yardi Self-Service Activation Request

Step 1: Log in to Yardi Voyager.

Step 2: Client should put in a request to Yardi for connectivity information on enabling the Resident Service as a SOAP service with Enquire CRM

Step 3: You will be given all of the info needed to set up a Yardi Multi-Family plugin in the Enquire CRM.

  • Username
  • Password
  • Server
  • Database
  • URL
  • PropertyId (HMY Code)
  • PropertyCode (S Code)

Note: If you have any questions about the self-serve activation process, please reach out to your Yardi account manager.


Plugins

All integrations require an Enquire team member to complete setup of the Plugins. Please reach out to your Client Success Manager, our Integrations Team, or put in a ticket for our Support Team integrations.support@alineops.com  for further assistance.


Usage

An individual can be sent to Yardi with the following fields and their values. Fields we send to Yardi for the Prospect:

* - Required to send an individual to Yardi.


Fields we send to Yardi for the Contact:

Note: Relationship types must be a one-to-one match in both Yardi and Enquire. 


Sending an individual to Yardi

Step 1: Navigate to the individual you would like to send to Yardi.

Step 2: In the upper right, click the blue Yardi button.

Note: An active housing contract is required in order to see the button allowing users to send an individual to Yardi.


Banner Messages

If the individual was successfully sent to Yardi , you will see a success message similar to the following:

If there was an error when attempting to send an individual to Yardi, you will see something similar to the following:

Note: Upon a successful send to Yardi, the "-> Yardi" button will be removed from the profile to help prevent sending duplicates to Yardi.
