Power BI Log In Errors
If you are seeing this error, especially after you have successfully signed in previously and may be trying to save or publish a file, please follow the instructions below.
Error
Microsoft released a preview feature in October 2023 that is causing errors for external users, telling them they don’t have access.
Solution
A preview feature needs to be turned off.
Open Power BI > File > Options and Settings > Options
Navigate to ‘Preview Features’ > Uncheck ‘Save to One Drive and SharePoint’
Power BI is attempting to save to Aline’s OneDrive/Sharepoint sites
After clicking ‘OK’ you will need to make sure all power bi files have been closed and relaunch the program and log in with ‘@enquiresolutions.com’ credentials again.
