Definitions
Source - the referrer (ie. google, newsletter, facebook, bing, linkedin, adwords)
Medium - the marketing medium (ie. cpc, ppc, banner, email, paidsocial)
Update the Web Form Lead Processing Workflows in MAP
- Navigate to Automation then Lead Processing
- Selec edit (blue pencil) next to Enquire Web Form Processing
Defining Sources to find in UTM for Web Form Lead Processing
- Click on the workflow step called Find Source
- Define all of the sources you would like to utilize using the OR expression
Populating Sources from your UTM in Web Form Lead Processing
- Click on the step called Set CRM Market Source with UTM Source
- Set the Custom Field to Contact - Market Source
- Select the Tag icon and search for Contact History Source and select it and click Insert


Setting Unknown Market Sources from Web Forms
- Click on the step called Set CRM Market Source with Unknown Source
- Set the Custom Field to Contact - Market Source
- Insert the Field Value for the market source you want in the CRM in Custom Field Value

- Go to the Admin section in Enquire CRM and click on Types
- In the dropdown select Market Source
- Add the source EXACTLY as they appear in MAP (not case sensitive but all spacing should be identical)
