Setting Up Agency-branded Leads to Clients
Step 1: Create the lead templates in the agency account by navigating to Enquire MAP to create lead notification templates in the agency account.
- Click Assets then Email Template Library. Look for an existing template within the list if not, create a template based off of the default lead templates available under System Email Library.
Examples of the variety of templates can be found by selecting the New Email Template (depicted on the top far right corner above.) - Select the opted email template then provide a name for the template. Click on Create.

- The Name will appear as titled, select the default language then follow remainder of menu. Click Save/Close.

- Once the template has been created, ensure that the brand to best reflect the client is selected and the lead is set. Additionally, change the From/Reply to information to use the brand account. Preview the new email template to further edit the desired final view and template to use moving forward.

- Make sure that "Template is visible to sub accounts?" is checked:

Step 2: Link to the lead templates in the client account.
Navigate to Automation then Lead Processing workflows in the client account. Initially, there should be pre-existing work flow copied over from the original set up but if not, create a new Email Sales workflow action at the point in the workflow where the lead will be sent to the client.
- Drag the action into the workflow then click the New Email button just inserted. Look under the System Email Library accordion to find the lead template created in Step 1 then click the template then click Link Template. Click Save then Test.

Step 3: Set the Lead Notification Brand to the Agency brand of choice by navigating to Administration then Account Settings, choose the agency brand for the leads.
