Converting a Form Auto Responder into a Drip Campaign in Enquire MAP?

An email drip campaign is a sequence of emails that are sent to a potential subscriber over a period of days. These email sequences are automated 'set and forget' campaigns. These emails are sent one after the other on consecutive days.

What will happen after someone submits a form on the Company website is controlled in the Form's Auto Responder tab. Enquire MAP enables the User to create custom Auto Responder workflows for each form:blobid0.jpg

Although there are different workflow Decisions and Actions available for building an Auto Responder, it is not intended to be used instead of a Nurture campaign. Enquire MAP does not provide reporting on Form Auto Responder emails or activities. To collect data on the behavior of prospects after a form submission, a Drip Campaign is created to trigger by Form Submitted when accessing Automation > Campaigns:blobid1.jpg

If a complicated workflow set is already in the Form Auto Responder, It can easily be converted into a Drip Campaign.

  1. In the Form [Auto Responder] tab click the pencil icon:

  2. Click the CONVERT TO DRIP CAMPAIGN button. You don't need to change the Name of the workflow or add any Description:

  3. When confirming the Campaign creation, a prompt will direct the User to the Drip campaign to edit:

The original Form Auto Responder will not exist. It will be turned into a basic scheme with no Email Templates attached to it.
