Converting a Form Auto Responder into a Drip Campaign Within Enquire MAP

Organizations usually have some form of Contact Us or Send Information form on their websites to further interact with their prospects and in doing so, they receive some form of contact back acknowledging their visit and completing the form. This is known as an Auto Responder, and Enquire MAP provides a means to create custom auto responder workflows for every form created. Although there are different workflow Decisions and Actions available for building an Auto Responder, it is not intended to be used instead of a Nurture campaign.

Please note that Enquire MAP does not provide reporting on Form Auto Responder emails or activities. To collect data on the behavior of the prospects after a form submission, create a Drip Campaign, triggered by Form Submitted in Automation then Campaigns:

Even with a complicated workflow set in the Form Auto Responder, it is simple to convert it into a Drip Campaign.

1.  In the Form [Auto Responder] tab, click the edit (pencil) icon:


2. Click the "CONVERT TO DRIP CAMPAIGN" button. You don't need to change the Name of the workflow or add any Description:

3. When confirming the Campaign creation, you will be directed to the Drip that you can edit:

The original Form Auto Responder will not exist. It will be turned into a basic scheme with no Email Templates attached to it.
