- Changing the lead status of a prospect to a lost lead/unqualified will deactivate the profile
- When a lead is a hot lead it will be added to the Watch List
- When a lead is deactivated, take them off the Watch List
- If a move in activity is completed then the prospect will be changed to a Resident
- If a resident is moved into an apartment, a move in activity is automatically created
- If there is a walk in inquiry and a visit is held, a tour activity will be created.
