GoToMeeting Integration with Enquire MAP

To set up GoToMeeting, please follow these steps:

• To integrate GoToMeeting, navigate to the Assets>Appointments 

• Create an appointment calendar for an employee 
  

• In the appointment scheduler click Add App

• Authenticate by clicking

It is as Simple as That!  

Meetings will be added to the User's appointments. If they use the defaults for the invite settings, the GoToMeeting link will be included in the calendar link for the customers.
