How to Resolve MS Outlook Rendering Issues in Enquire MAP

Enquire MAP's email editor offers considerable email styling possibilities. Every email client does not support all available style elements. To make things more complicated, every version of MS Outlook is different in its support of style elements. 

Guidelines to follow for best performance with MS Outlook experience

1. 
   Use the templates supplied by Enquire MAP. As all of platform templates have been thoroughly tested across a wide range of email clients, the User will have the best results using an Enquire MAP template


2. 
   Background gradients have limited support in MS Outlook. If the User is unsure, always set a Background color and a gradient. If gradients are not supported by the client, then there will be a fallback color that will render


3. 
   Keep it simple. Various versions of MS Outlook do not like rounded corners, gradients, colors with transparency etc. 


4. 
   Research to see if the target audience uses MS Outlook. If they are all iPhone/Android/Gmail users then get fancy!
