Alerts and Notifications

While you are in the app, you will see multiple different alerts. Below is a description of the alerts in the system.

View New Notifications

To view new notifications click on the bell icon in the top menu bar.

Action Alerts

Action notification alerts appear in RED and are based on actions taken on a profile such as

1. Updating a field value


2. Adding or completing an activity


3. Someone assigning you a new prospect/case


4. Someone assigning you an activity or appointment

This alert will also show in the bell as a notification.

Note Pin Alerts

Note pin alerts appear in YELLOW and appear when someone pins a note on a profile that is assigned to you. 

This alert will also show in the bell as a notification.
