Overview

To facilitate a good CRM user experience, each user needs a computer with a mouse, keyboard and color monitor. In addition, the minimum workstation requirements are listed below.

Computer Operating System

As a web application, Aline CRM works on any modern operating system (OS) capable of running a supported browser, including:

• Windows 11
• macOS (current and prior two major releases)
• ChromeOS

Computer Speed

• No special hardware requirements. 

Screen Resolution

• 1366 x 768 or above recommended

Supported Browsers

We recommend using the latest version of your browser for the best experience, security, and performance. We actively test against and support:

• Google Chrome (latest version)
• Microsoft Edge (latest version)
• Mozilla Firefox (latest version)
• Safari (latest version)

Older browser versions may work but are not actively tested, and bugs specific to them will not be fixed.

• JavaScript Enabled
• Cookies Enabled
• Screen Zoom at 100% or less recommended

Exchange Versions Supported

Aline CRM™ can be used without email integration. 

If you'd like to integrate:

• Microsoft 365 (Office 365) — supported
• Google Workspace (Gmail/G Suite) — supported
