Cloning Assets from Enquire Template to New Account, Account to Account

As an Agency Marketer account or when managing multiple domains thus several accounts, moving Assets across accounts is easy. Any asset or item that has a 'clone' icon in the asset listing can be moved across accounts.

Step 1: Access Enquire MAP, click on Assets from the menu, click on the asset overview you are looking move across accounts :

• Appointments


• Email Template Library


• Page Template Library


• Published Pages


• Menus


• Web Forms


• Popups


• Dynamic Content Blocks


• Call Tracking Numbers


• Image Library


• Files


• Brands


• Trackable Links

Step 2: Select an Asset, (Web Forms are typically most common)

Step 3: A new External Web form can be added to the collection of Assets

1. Click 
   


2. Pop up menu appears, prompting a name for the form
   


3. Creatively design your form then click Save

New: On any asset, when you clone an asset, you are presented with an account drop-down. Thus you can now move assets between accounts a lot easier!
