Overview
ResiDex provides a software solution for assisted living and group homes that is fully supported by committed staff who are continually developing our products and services to meet the requirements of our clients. Enquire's integration with ResiDex allows you to send individuals from Enquire to ResiDex.
Setup
Reach out to ResiDex and request the following information:
- Client ID
- Access Token
- ResiDex Property ID's
In your request, please provide ResiDex with your Company Portal Id.
Plugins
All integrations require an Enquire team member to complete setup of the Plugins. Please reach out to your Client Success Manager or our Integrations Team at integrations.support@alineops.com for further assistance.
Usage
An active housing contract is required on the profile before the button to push the individual to ResiDex is visible.
Send an Individual to ResiDex
ResiDex can accept data from the following fields in Enquire:
| First Name* | Last Name* | Mobile Phone | Work Phone | Zip |
| AddressLine1 | AddressLine2 | City | State |
* - required to send a Resident to ResiDex
** - notes are retrieved after the individual is sent to ResiDex
Sending to ResiDex
Step 1: Navigate to the profile you would like to send to ResiDex.
Step 2: In the upper right of the profile click the blue button labeled ResiDex.
