Setting Up Domain SSL Whitelabeling in Enquire MAP

Step 1: Start with getting a certificate installed

  1. Send an email request to support@enquiresolutions.com indicating that the community needs to be set up SSL Whitelabeling.

  2. Support will respond by sending back a CNAME record to set on the domain that verifies an SSL certificate is created for the community.  Secondly, establish and set a CNAME record to let the support team know when this is complete.

  3. Support will then generate the SSL certificate for the community to complete the setup process and in turn, they will send an SSL endpoint to use to set up all necessary CNAME records (i.e.: yourdomainssl.enquiresolutions.com).

Step 2: Set up CNAME records on the domain using the SSL endpoint:

  • Host: www2 which points to: yourdomainssl.enquiresolutions.com

  • Host: link which points to: yourdomainssl.enquiresolutions.com

  • Note: This changeable record enables login to Enquire MAP:  https://login.yourdomain.com which points to: yourdomainssl.enquiresolutions.com

  • Note2: After CNAME records set, notify support@enquiresolutions.com to include the sub domain assigned for logging in to verify the records and update the account that will start utilizing them.

Step 3: Set Up Client Login URLs

  1. Set up the CNAME to later add a client as a sub-account and ability to log into Enquire MAP using the whitelabeled domain (i.e.: client1.yourdomain.com).

  2. Host: client1 which points to: yourdomainssl.enquiresolutions.com

  3. Email the support team when the new CNAME is complete.
