Creating a Contact List with Unopened Emails Over Six Months

In most organizations, marketing teams want to evaluate how successful their email marketing efforts trialed but also focus on prospects truly engaged in the Community brand. Enquire MAP provides either a Dynamic or a Static list depending on how the list will be used. Enquire MAP offers a feature to determine if email correspondence was opened within a select window of time, and the following steps will help set this up:

Step 1: Option 1 - Create a email contact list of email recipients by accessing Enquire MAP then navigating to  Contacts then Contact Lists to click +NEW AUDIENCE.

Step 2: Option 2 - Create a email contact list of email recipients by accessing Enquire MAP then navigating to  Contacts then Contact Segments to click +NEW SEGMENT.

 Step 3: Click + or Add Contacts to set the filters in the new list/segment. Below is an example query to filter email recipients people with unopened emails beyond six 6 months:
