Getting Started with Shopify in Enquire MAP


The Enquire MAP Store Automation app will help accelerate prospect purchases, deliver full attribution on marketing efforts, and delight clients with beautiful marketing emails.


Enquire MAP is an integrated marketing platform that is designed to help marketers reduce the number of marketing tools required to drive demand. By simplifying the marketing stack, it enables marketers to more efficiently drive demand for their products and services, better understand what is working and what is not, and drive brand consistency in marketing initiatives.


The Enquire MAP Store Automation app enables a seamless integration between the Shopify store and the Enquire MAP marketing automation platform. It also enables demand drive for the User's products, understand what marketing initiatives are creating the most sales, and enables the User to accelerate purchases with contextual content, cart abandonment sequences, and contextual popups and overlays. Specifically, Enquire MAP enables the User to automate email responses based on purchase actions and abandoned carts, email prospects about specials and provides the User the tools to drive store conversions (popups, dynamic contextual content, and more).


Enquire MAP Store Automation App Features


The Enquire MAP Store Automation for Shopify provides:



  • Injecting web forms into the store pages

  • Contextual content into the store pages

  • Contextual exit attempt popups

  • Trigger callbacks to Enquire MAP based on order state changes

  • Trigger callbacks to Enquire MAP based on stale cart detection

Setup Steps



  1. Have the Admin team or Enquire Support add the Shopify App.

  2. Have the Admin team or Enquire Support enter the store URL in the form and click Install (Note: Ensure that the User use the Shopify domain, i.e. mydomain.myshopify.com)blobid3.jpg

  3. Connect to the User's Enquire MAP account: Click the appropriate response below 


  4. In Enquire MAP: Create a web formblobid0.jpg

Deploying Enquire MAP Content on the Store


Any Web Form or Dynamic Content Block can be deployed quickly in the Shopify Store. Content created in the Enquire MAP account will automatically show up in the CONTENT tab in the Enquire MAP app in Shopify 


Using Automation with the Store


The User can trigger Enquire MAP automation based on triggers within the store. The interface between the trigger event and Enquire MAP is a Form object. When the selected trigger happens, the User can post field data to a Form object into Enquire MAP to drive automation. 


Using Cart Recovery automation with the Store 


The User can trigger automatons in Enquire MAP based on abandoned cart events.
